Employee C

As a new graduate with less than 1 year of work experience, Employee C was deeply involved in the challenging task of building the Seedance 2.0 pre-training architecture, researching effective large-scale scaling algorithms and achieving a breakthrough in this area.

Intern Y

Amid Seed1.8 and Seed2.0 R&D, Intern Y adopted cutting-edge RL algorithms to stably and efficiently integrate multi-dimensional expert capabilities into the unified foundation model, raising the bar of the model's overall performance.

Employee Z

As a new graduate with less than 1 year of work experience, Employee Z was deeply involved in the R&D of the Seed end-to-end simultaneous interpretation model, helped tackle the data cold-start problem during post-training, formed a closed-loop of "Data-Training-Evaluation" to enhance capabilities, and effectively improved the model's performance in translation quality, latency, timbre, and other aspects.

Intern R

During the internship, Intern R conducted in-depth research to explore ways to address high costs in model inference and RL simulation environments. Relevant research results were accepted by top international systems conferences and widely applied in Doubao online services and the Seed foundation model post-training.
